But still, we were able to help a family realize their dream home.
It all started with the design.
Then came the challenging part – building the design.
With the client’s trust pushing us and our strong team behind us, we were able to use our expertise to turn their dream house into a reality.
About the Project
Located in Caminawit, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, the two-story residence was constructed on a 320 square meter lot. We had to maximize the house design to ensure its functionality since they wanted to retain a lot of their lot space for a yard.
Mission accomplished!
This home has 3 bedrooms, with each one having its own toilet and bath and walk-in closet. Of course, the master’s bedroom also has its own toilet and bath and walk-in closet. Even the maid’s room has its own toilet and bath.
That’s a lot of toilets and baths. But really, they’re just being practical with their needs. They need these many toilets and baths, we delivered.
Just like most families nowadays, they wanted amazing living areas so that’s what we did for their living room, dining area, and entertainment room.
They also wanted a porch area, lanai, and koi pond. The 2nd floor also has a common balcony. This house will be a relaxing home for its family.
No wonder that according to them, a lot of people have been taking selfies with their house. It’s nice to know that their home is now a dream of the people around them.
