Interior Fit-out of Existing Condo Unit

While we take pride in our design and build projects, we also feel fulfilled whenever we help residential property owners with a fit-out project.

A lot of times, they buy the property as-is. You don’t have real control when it comes to the design of an existing property for sale. It’s already been designed and built. You can live in the property as-is. Better yet, you can do what the owners of our K-condo project did and hire us for a fit-out project to get a semblance of the residential property of your dreams.

The K-condo project is a 36 sqm. project at the Tanguile Suites, The Suites at Mount Malarayt, Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club. Now, the condo is livable as it is, but the owners had something else in mind for their condo unit.

It had everything that they need – bedroom, balcony, and toilet and bath. However, it didn’t have everything that they wanted. This is where we came in.
