3-storey Residence in Tagaytay

A 3-storey Asian Modern Home
The family wanted to maximize the home’s location so they wanted a 3-storey home. Asian-themed homes are very popular in Tagaytay, but they wanted something more modern.
It was a challenge to fit everything into a 180 sqm lot, but we were able to design something that fits their needs and wants into 260 sqm of floor space.

One of the best things about Tagaytay is the cool breeze and weather. This is why we designed the home in such a way that the middle part has an open space where breeze can naturally come in. We have a feeling that this is going to be everyone’s favorite spot where they can simply hang out and bond with the family.
Being a family-run company, we always encourage our clients to have a place where the whole family can come and spend quality time together. We could all use more family bonding. We’re very happy with how this turned out.
We also added stairs leading up to it which should be perfect for entertaining guests.
