We’ve been seeing a lot of potential business owners looking for a place to rent for their business and they’re having a hard time looking for one. If your land is in a good location with a lot of foot traffic, business owners will be signing up even before you finish building the commercial complex.

  • Build a multi-use complex.

If you have a big property, consider building a multi-use complex complete with residential and commercial spaces. In this busy world, renters appreciate having everything right there where they’re living.

  • Build a house and rent it out.

There are also individuals and families looking for a house that they can rent. These individuals are usually expats looking for a place to stay. On the other hand, these are families that can’t afford to buy a house yet, so they rent.

You can rent it out on a monthly basis or list it on Airbnb where a small house in Lipa costs almost PHP 3,000 a night to rent.

Also known as flipping houses, this is big business in the United States. Basically, you invest in building a house on your land and then you sell it for a higher price once it’s built. You then re-invest that money on another house and lot and then sell it again for a higher price. Team up with a good contractor and realtor and you can expect to earn a lot of money doing so.
