Here’s Another Satisfied Family!
Jayzar and Aisha Recinto of Hello Lipa finally decided to turn their dream home into reality. This pandemic made them realize that it’s finally time to go for it. During the lockdown, that’s when they really felt that it’s time for them to move to a new, bigger, and better home.
We thank them for trusting G Cube Design and Build.
To coincide with their 10-year anniversary, they asked us to design a simple, but modern home. They wanted something minimalist. Since they’re entrepreneurs, with Jayzar being a food and lifestyle vlogger, they also wanted something functional.

They’re very happy that we helped them achieve exactly what they had in mind. The home is compact, but is perfectly-designed to match the needs and wants of the small and young family.
This home has functional indoor and outdoor spaces. As you saw from the family picture, they have a patio wherein they’ll put couches and a dining area. Since their lot gets a lot of cool breeze, they figured that they’ll be spending a lot of time there.
The family also loves hosting guests. This is why they had us build a 4-car garage when they only have 2 cars. The extra space can be used for parties (when everything is back to normal), or it can grow with them once it’s time for them to buy a new car.
Speaking of hosting guests, we were able to satisfy their need for a guestroom. We also added a maid’s room and toilet and bath.
The couple also loves their bedroom.
It features big windows that can introduce the morning sunshine in and attract cool breeze. It also has a walk-in closet and toilet and bath.
Their 9-year old can’t wait to move into her brand new room.
According to the couple, one of the reasons why they had a new home built is for their daughter who’s now growing up and requires her own room.
Family time is very important for the couple so they also have a family area. We also added a toilet and bath.
Of course, the kitchen and dining area!
Jayzar can’t wait to produce cooking and dining content in this area!
We’re very happy that we were able to help the family achieve their dream home amidst these challenging times. They’re ending this year strong and satisfied.
