COVID19 has thrown a monkey wrench into a lot of our plans. In addition to the challenges it brings to the health and economy, it has also affected our personal plans.
We’ve been talking to a lot of potential clients and they’re all telling us how this pandemic has affected their plans for their dream house and property. After a few meetings, they realized that their dream can go on!
We’re happy to report that we have a few ongoing design and build projects. Construction is actually possible.

Of course, this depends on the location. It’s also on a case to case basis depending on the availability of workers, materials, etc. Of course, we want to play our part in helping the government manage this pandemic. We also want to ensure the safety of our team.
We do understand that some clients don’t want to push through with a construction project. We’re not going to force clients to push through with it if they’re not comfortable with it.
