S Condo
Nowadays people are fed up with traffic that they want to just a rent a place that is just walking distance from their place of work or activities. Such is the case of one of our clients who bought a 57 sqm. condominium unit at S Condo in Cubao, QC, literally just a stone’s throw away from where he is working.
He is a bachelor who wants to share his condominium with his aged mother. He specifically told us that he wanted a space with minimal colors limiting it to white and black with a pinch of accent here and there. And so we decided to comply with his request and did as he pleased. To make his place seem bigger we omitted use of doors in most of the interior spaces and imposed an open-plan to make it space efficient.
